HELPING REFUGEES & ASYLUM SEEKERS SETTLE IN THE UK

About

We are a community group, set up to help refugees and asylum seekers settle and regain dignity in our local communities.

If we can not help you directly, we can point you in a direction to succeed.

This group was set up, initially, during the Taliban takeover, but we have swiftly learned that there are more than just Afghan refugees that need and deserve help to restore their dignity.

We have, and will continue to also support people in crisis, wherever they originate from, again showing humanity.

Any businesses or individuals wishing to get involved, please feel free to get in touch.
Share this group with your friends. We WILL need help; any volunteers, feel free to offer to collect much needed clean clothing, toiletries, nappies, toys etc. We will need help sorting them, storing them and transporting them , once we know what and where they are needed.

We are delighted to welcome anyone in need of support to our new Hub located at Brook Street, Neston, CH64 9XJ. Please see our Facebook page for regular opening times or contact us directly at chris@refugeeassist.gov.uk

Music Night For Ukraine

Last night's sell out " Music Night For Ukraine" was an incredible, massive success! The venue was amazing, the bans, Medical Negligence , Creakin' Gates and The Biscuit Tin Circus were fabulous and the crowd, and level of support was way beyond anything predicted!
There will be £900 going straight to the DEC appeal and the raffle, along with amazing donations, raised an enormous £695 which will be used locally to buy items for Ukrainian guests. Thank you all for this support 🧡🇺🇦🧡
